uneven stay with service issues
slow servicenoticeable disorganization
I find the service notably slow. It took a long time to get drinks at the pool bar even when it were not busy. the disorganization are obvious, and waiting for food or drinks took about a hour. things like this, i think, bring down the experience a lot.
